Description

Learn 4 different exercise routines lasting roughly 10-15 minutes each (There are 30 different routines in the entire series which have been broken down into 8 sets for you to purchase, or you can purchase the entire set of 30 for a discounted price). In the sixth series you will learn:

21. Core:  forearm plank, side plank (with dips), seated rotational rows, supine table top toe taps, bicycle, lower trunk rotation, high plank (with rotation dips, shoulder flexion, hip extension, shoulder flexion and hip extension, and alligators), quadruped shoulder flexion/hip extension and elbow/knee taps
22. Plyobox:  Step ups, single limb squat with hip abduction/extension, single limb tricep dips, mountain climbs, single limb squats, push ups, box jumps
23. Spin Bike:  ride on/off seat, jumps on/off seat, sprints, horizontal adduction stretch, overhead stretch
24. Circuit Training:  mountain climbers, theraball crunches, lateral jumps over step, bent over rows with dumbbells, jump rope
