Learn 4 different exercise routines lasting roughly 10-15 minutes each (There are 30 different routines in the entire series which have been broken down into 8 sets for you to purchase, or you can purchase the entire set of 30 for a discounted price). In the second series you will learn:
5. Dumbbell workout: Lunge (lateral, backward, forward), traveling squats, deadlift (single and double leg), lateral jumping squats, burpees
6. Jump rope: side to side jumping, scissors, plank walking, plank double limb lateral jumps, plank double limb forward/lateral jump, burpees, single limb lateral jumps, single limb forward/backward jumps, jump rope in place/lateral
7. Theraball: prone double knee to chest, prone double knee to chest with lateral rotation, Russian twist, pike, seated crunch/with rotation, lateral crunch
8. Theraball: plank, tall kneeling roll out, plank stir the pot, theraball leg lifts (up/lateral/grab and lift overhead), prone hip/trunk extension (with rotation)
