Learn 4 different exercise routines lasting roughly 10-15 minutes each (There are 30 different routines in the entire series which have been broken down into 8 sets for you to purchase, or you can purchase the entire set of 30 for a discounted price). In the first series you will learn:

1. Theraband resisted:  hip flexion/abduction/adduction/extension, squats (with variations), “bootie blaster”-lunge with hip/knee extension, house cleaning, dancing

2. Theraband resisted:  horizontal abduction, PNF patterns for flexion/extension, shoulder external rotation, elbow flexion/extension, walking planks on floor/with wall, spider legs in full plank

3. Dumbbell workout:  shoulder flexion/abduction, scaption, elbow flexion (biceps and brachioradialis)/extension (overhead and in bent over position)

4. Dumbbell workout:  overhead press, bent over horizontal abduction, quadruped rows/shoulder horizontal abduction/shoulder flexion, plank with shoulder flexion/horizontal abduction, squats with shoulder flexion, lunge with shoulder abduction
