If you answered yes to any of these, this is the program for you.  I have been a physical therapist, health coach, strength and conditioning specialist, yoga instructor, and pre-employment/post injury work screener for 19+ years and practice what I preach. For years, I’ve worked out for 30 minutes or less at a time, ate everything in moderation, and mixed up my routine with multiple muscle groups worked each day.
