Learn 4 different exercise routines lasting roughly 10-15 minutes each (There are 30 different routines in the entire series which have been broken down into 8 sets for you to purchase, or you can purchase the entire set of 30 for a discounted price). In the third series you will learn:
9. Theraball: wall push up, floor push up, bridging (single and double limb-bent and straight leg), bridging with hamstring curls, squats (single and double limb)
10. Theraball: push ups, prone hip extension, prone walk out, seated shoulder flexion and knee extension, supine bridging (double and single limb)
11. Step: forward step up, lateral step up lunge, jump taps, single limb squat with hip abduction/extension, step up with kick
12. Step: push ups, mountain climbers, lateral jumping on/off step, single and double leg dips
